Community Communication

Trump Park Residences publishes a monthly newsletter called the Trump Park Reporter as a primary vehicle  to keep residents informed of issues affecting the community as well as activities and social events happening each month.
 

Residents can submit work requests, communicate with Management and the Concierge desk through an online customer service portal called Building Link.  
 

The Concierge desk is staffed 24/7. Concierge staff announces all visitors, manages vendors, manages incoming/outgoing packages, notifies residents of package arrival, arranges for dry cleaning and postage stamps while monitoring security cameras linked to a bank of monitors on the desk.

The Board of Managers hosts an annual meeting of owners.
